I Unable to run CLI Command

I Make Router use of Raspberry Pi with OpenWrt firmware of 23.05 version.
I installed open thread using cross compile and after that i am trying to run that command of CLI.

ot-ctl state
connect session failed: No such file or directory

you added something that's not part of standard openwrt, how can we know ?

if you add a 5th wheel to your Fiat, will you go to Fiat and ask them why the wheel isn't working ?

i am trying to add device from commandline.
Hardware connection : connected Rpi with nrf51 dongle and done RCP.

You want to add bluetooth?

I do not see a OpenWrt driver for that chip.

i am using service of otbr agent and now i am trying to add device using thread

Well, since you cannot hurt the Pi by trying to treat OpenWrt like any Linux distro.
Here you go.

i able to run otbr -agent service but i unable to see thread under network in GUI.

You might get help if you change your title to:
"Please help create a Thread network on OpenWrt + OTBR and setup a couple of end nodes" because it is what your end-goal is.
