I wanted to install openwrt for sqm support but i am struggling
my router's model is : VTK-Q6131G-5G
i checked if it supported openwrt by using telnet and it does.
My problem is that the firmware that i have installed on the router is a stock firmware from the router itself not a openwrt firmware.
I was wondering if i can install a openwrt firmware and replace the garbage stock firmware.
you can't, it's not supported.

But it says that it's supported when i used telnet why is that?
does it really say it's supported ?
it's using a vendor SDK, telnet haven't been used in openwrt for 6 years or so.
3.4.2 isn't an official release from here, ipq50xx is also unsupported.
