Good afternoon.

I just fried my newly bought Redmi AC2100 router.

Since I couldn't send the files via SCP due to it being running some legacy version, I downloaded them directly from the router and flashed it, it never woke up again.

I'm not sure what happened, with the SCP errors I may have forgotten to do the download at all (i dont know) and just went ahead with the mtd write. After I reset it, it never responded to anything again.

Is it worth getting an FTDI 232 adapter and soldering wires to the pins, or is it permanently dead?
