I can send one photo at a time, blockade for novices, unfortunately I do not find the USB port system or connections to 3g / 4G
I don't have a QMI modem but it is handled as a separate protocol. I think to have it it in LuCI's list of protocols you'd need to install at least luci-proto-qmi, which will likely pull in other userspace helpers like uqmi.
