I have an unknow LTE router with OpenWrt already installed (DSP CW270)

Hello
Recently i've found a Router 4G into a garage where I work.
So I checked the Router 4 G and noticed that this router already has installed OpenWRT and also I tried to found any information of this equipment but only I found that:

Navigate into the webGUI of the Router you can see the OpenWRT installed:

Any might help me to identify this device?
Exists a new firmware update of this device to flash the version hardware/software up to date?

I've opened the Router and contains a Mediatek Chip MT7621AT

The good news is that screenshot looks like a relatively "stock" OpenWrt, so the OEM/ODM may not have done much customization.

If you can SSH into the box, the output of dmesg, posted here using the preformatted-text button </> in the editor toolbar, would be a good first step.

Another step would be to check with the manufacturer to get the GPL drop for the firmware they supplied. This can be a long and frustrating process, but should provide much useful information if it can be obtained.

It seems you've successfully identified the device; and there's no Official OpenWrt firmware at this time.

And is it possible to install any Official firmware for this equipment?

If it's not listed in https://openwrt.org/toh/start, the answer would be no (that shouldn't imply that it wouldn't be possible to port OpenWrt to the device in question, but someone with the device on their desk will have to spend the effort to port it).

At least as far as I can tell, this is not a supported device under OpenWrt.

There is no "find update firmware" for this from OpenWrt. You (or someone with the device in hand, the skills, and the desire) would need to port it to OpenWrt.
