What is the solution?

Please supply complete information:
- Exact router vendor, model and hardware version, as written on the bottom
- What you have tried to do exactly: the exact commands you entered in the command line or if you poked in web interface, and what exact file you tried to upload.
- Result of aforementioned action with complete output and/or screenshot.

The problem when installing version 19.07 restarts the device, so it does not work, it cannot be accessed via WiFi or the R45 cable
It's interesting to note that the bug report states the error is:
kernel boot stuck at "random: crng init done"
That's is a normal message.

This problem is device specific, so it needs someone who has access to hardware to bisect it down to the problematic commit, then find out which change inside that commit is causing it. When you can point us at the breaking change/file/line number, we might be able to find a fix.

If you read above, it doesn't sound like there is a solution. But since you probably have a device, maybe you can help identify and fix the problem.

I do not know how to help to solve this problem.
In that case, I wouldn’t expect that there will be a solution in the near term. You could donate/loan your device to a willing developer to help the effort since it seems like none of the developers currently have one in their possession.
