who can fix it?
The latest relese for that device sems to be:

Idk what you are trying to do but im not aware of the device suporting version 22.03.3

Why not in 22.03.3?
what is the difference between brn-squashfs-factory.bin and brn-initramfs-kernel.bin?
Because the image got too large for it. Total image size using the OEM partitioning and brnboot/ dual-firmware is 7168 KB.
Replacing brnboot with u-boot circumvents the issue (the 'nor' images).
initramfs images are not suitable for installing.
