Can anybody recommend a WLAN Router that is really working based on his own experience recently?
I've been trying some Fritz!Boxes and ASUS RT-AX1800U and except wasting so many hours there was no success at all.
as you've noticed, the hard way, no such promise can be made.
devices and stock firmwares are moving targets (sw more than hw),
what worked yesterday, doesn't necessarily have to work today.
two identical devices, bought at the same time. doesn't have to
be the same internally (hw and sw wise).
if you want to be sure, buy a preflashed device off ebay, but those
usually come at a steep premium.
