I make it works by these steps:

  1. usb_modeswitch -v 3566 -p 2001 -X
  2. modprobe option
  3. echo 3566 2001 > /sys/bus/usb-serial/drivers/option1/new_id
    4.send 'at+cgact=1,1' to the ttyport
    5.do dhcp dial for interface: usb0
