Https-dns-proxy has a resolv file enabled by default

Hi all
Starting from openwrt version 23.05.0, the resolv file is enabled by default in https-dns-proxy and when it is disabled as written in the instructions after rebooting the router, https-dns-proxy does not work.
Tell me, is this how it should be or is it a software bug?

in previous versions, the checkbox was Ignore resolv file

I mean in the DHCP and DNS settings, the Resolv file is turned on by default with the installed luci-app-https-dns-proxy, starting with OpenwRT 23.05.0 and 23.05.2
Previously, it was always automatically stood in a jackdaw to ignore the Resolv file

mysticism, Ignore the resolv file, the jackdaw turned on itself.
maybe it had something to do with the Internet provider, this is the first time I noticed this
