How to use IP reservations with static DHCP lease?

When I use a static DHCP lease (default), the router ignores IP reservations.
Is there any way to make specific clients reserve their DHCP leases? for example
I have NAS storage and I set the TV to stream for it, but the IP changed and I need to reconfigure the TV or anything connected to that stream.

see my setup and the solution I used here:

Do we talk about IPv4 or IPv6?

How did you set up the reserved IP addresses?

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:

Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

cat /etc/config/dhcp

Is WAN still configured in this manner?

I'm curious how you don't have a networking conflict, DHCP conflict, etc.
