There is a result after making a change to adguardhome.The yaml router starts responding to updates, all sites stop opening, and only the initial ip is displayed in the AdGuard Home menu in top clients, not all clients connected to the router. 
You didn’t add your router ip that’s why.

What doesn’t work for me is that if i type
immich.local
it doesnt get redirected to the ip i’ve added in the openwrt
EDIT: I’ve used DNS Rewrite from AdGuard and it worked but i’ve also realized that with
[/lan/]127.0.0.1:54
[//]127.0.0.1:54
i can specify it directly in openwrt. Which one is more suggested?
Also you mentioned firebog but in the updated info you mainly focus on other lists.
Is firebog still valid in your opinion?
Looking forward to 25.12. Appears to include the latest version of AGH possible which has lots of updates, including the ability to test domains w/i the settings.

25.12 has the latest version. 24.10 is not going to be updated anymore.

Install via LuCI (opkg/apk), then replace the binary with the latest AGH executable from GitHub
