Is it possible to turn off all the LEDs for the ZyXEL GS1900-24E switch? I can only turn off the sys light from the GUI. I can't turn off the power LED light or the ethernet LED lights.

You can check /sys/class/leds/ for any LEDs that can be controlled. In the absence of the relevant entries being there, you can always resort to black electrician's tape.
