How to trottle speeds of a specific user

hello,
i want to control speeds of a specifc user connected through wifi to my network
I'm new to OpenWrt so i dont know about running scripts also my networking knowledge good enough to fiddle with stock firmware but OpenWrt is bit confusing for me so use LUCI to configure my settings.

please give asuggestions according to my situation XD

according to your situation and the current tools available... you would be better to do so using another device/os...

while you can "distribute" bandwidth more fairly.... throttling is another kettle of fish and the current available toolsets... especially user friendly ones ( or lack thereof )... inhibit this.

a cheap+separate access point for that/those users would be a cheap and effective option that allows for greater simplicity for basic/intermediate skill levels.
