Hey there. I have xiaomi router with openwrt , but it's not set up so i cant change some stuff like router mac address . My friend has a configured router xiaomi and as you can see in the screenshots, he has changed mac addresses, how do I configure the first router as well? The router was configured by another person, the connection with whom is lost.

It looks like your friend is using an older version with swconfig, while on yours the Ethernet ports are under DSA. Add your option macaddr to the wan device (you may need to add a new config device for it if not already there).
Changing the mac on lan is kind of pointless since it isn't visible outside your network. If you want to do that I'm not sure if it would be set on the br-lan device or the individual lan ports.
