How to set vlan priority

Hi, how do you set the cos priority in openwrt
I need like the picture. I only manage to get vlan10 working

I search before. i used davidc502 build, doesnt have vconfig and swconfig dont have vlan_prio
tried with ip full package, ip link set eth0.20 type vlan egress 0:4 not working too, command doesnt complain error but no effect maybe i did it wrong.
