How to set LAN subnet and DHCP assignment range

You're still using Windows XP, aren't you??? You will need to find some method to download the file in BINARY FORMAT. This can easily be done on Windows 7 or Windows 10, as already noted to you:

  • Confirm you're running Windows 7 or Windows 10, first?
  • If you are running Windows 10, just open PowerShell by clicking on the icon by navigating the Start Menu (it is a VERY COMMON Windows task to open a program, I'm somewhat lost if I helped by describing how to click an icon).
  • This is the first time you noted that you had a Windows 10 PC available. Please try to stick to the facts; it's easier to assist you. Perhaps you told other colleagues.
