You're still using Windows XP, aren't you??? You will need to find some method to download the file in BINARY FORMAT. This can easily be done on Windows 7 or Windows 10, as already noted to you:
- Confirm you're running Windows 7 or Windows 10, first?
- If you are running Windows 10, just open PowerShell by clicking on the icon by navigating the Start Menu (it is a VERY COMMON Windows task to open a program, I'm somewhat lost if I helped by describing how to click an icon).
- This is the first time you noted that you had a Windows 10 PC available. Please try to stick to the facts; it's easier to assist you. Perhaps you told other colleagues.
