How can we modify the openwrt-ar71xx-tl-wr1043nd-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
image name in openwrt/bin/target/. And which openwrt script generates final *-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin image file.

What OpenWrt version are you attempting to build? Atheros devices are ath79 these days.

the WR1043ND v1 is a 4/32 device, long time EOL.

If you build locally, you can change the name in the "seperate version configuration" tab after using make menuconfig. You need to enable the tab and proceed down the menustructure of the tab. There you will find the settings to change descriptions like the file name.
