How to make it work on PPPoE vlan35 with static IP from the ISP?

I just couldn't set it up. The ISP gave me an IP starting with 31.x.x.x do I just do pppoe, vlan35 then input this IP? It supposedly works but I get an 10.x.x.x IP, and can't connect to the internet.

What's "it"?

Have you asked your ISP?

  • Do they route the IP to you?
  • Are you required to statically address?
  • Or should it be issued by DHCP?

(i.e., we can't guess what you're asking or what you're attempting to do, nor how your ISP set up your connection)

You don’t normally input an IP address when using PPPoE. The ISP allocates the IP during the PPPoE connection process. Having a static IP just means that the ISP will always allocate you the same address.
