How to make google dns works with dnsmasq instead of lan ip?

i want to make google dns the default dns, i able to putted in dhcp for clients by 6,8.8.4.4,8.8.8.8 in dhcp option but dnsmasq doesn't work with google dns is there a way to make it work with google instead of lan ip ?

You need to configure those IPs (IPv4 and IPv6) on your WAN interface.

when the client change dns in their phone to google dns it will not work ,right ?
