How to log System Logs to Android and see it nicely?

1. How to log System Logs to Android ? I think Termux will be able to do ssh and log to file.
2. How to see that data on Android or PC (Win,Linux,macOS) nicely with filter for incoming wan, outgoing lan, system errors, ports (it's info), incoming traffic info (country, bad actor)

you can use tcpdump for most of it, but it's not very "nicely".
