Greetings, I am opening a topic for the first time, I may make a mistake, I have a Xiaomi 4A giga edition model modem, how can I install openwrt on it, what information do I need ?

Read the warnings, if firmware version shows V2 you have to click on V2 page.
First - attain command line access with invasion script - may need up or downgrading firmware. This makes no change and goes away with device reboot.
Save boot logs (dmesg) -> try to identify mtd chip used and check respective device forum thread. Some are good with v23.05.5 some need 24.10-rc or snapshot.

Start slow, install some ubuntu virtual machine, get commands access via invasion. This far it is reversible rebooting device and you can chicken out.
