Have you just tried to unzip it and run it? Any errors being shown. It may not work on all openwrt platforms, check the platform it is compiled for.

But from a quick read it doesn't like a tool that can not be replicated with any of Openwrt standard tools (e.g. SSH tunnel).

i have read the above document and successfully installed ngrok on the router but now i don't know that how to create a tunnel with the official site that is https://ngrok.com/
