What do you mean?
For "key", if you mean SSH public host key, you can connect to it and the device provides it.
Unsure that you mean by UUID though.

while registering the device in openwisp server, it is asking for some details like mac address, os, device model and some unique device key, what is that unique device key and where does it present? please guide.

unique doesn't mean it's in any way extracted from the hw.

please check in this link, there is one field called key, so my doubt is do wee need to generate key or it is already there in the openwrt device? or what we need to give there. kindly help.
I think you are looking for a block device UUID. Try block info
from the command line.
You need to look at the OpenWISP documentation for this. It's not an OpenWRT question.
