How to enable RGMII2 (Was: New board on mt7621A)

Hello we made new borad on the chip mt7621a switch has 3 ports and 3 pcie but we have a some trable 1 RGMII2 doesn't work and RGMII1 on switch doesn't work as well I see eth0 in our system but I can not see incoming packets on this interface. I realy appreciate any help. We can proved electric scheme.

How is your question related to LEDE/OpenWrt?

Yes I'm using LEDE on our board. Actually LEDE doesn't support RGMII2 And I would like to enable it
