How to enable Client-to-client communication?

By default Isolate Clients is disabled but I still can't communicate with the clients

I'm using Xiaomi Mi AX3600 with the [v24.10.0].

OpenWrt is installed with default settings.

Then it's probably a client issue ?

Yea. I just found out that I can't ping my iPhone but other devices are reachable.

There is a local server for AltStore that is responsible for sideloading apps but it is not working on my local network.

Can't access a service?
Can't multicast?

Firewall on the local server?

It is just an app on my MacBook. On another WiFi network Im able to connect from my iPhone but at home it is not.

Maybe I should search for a specific port that the server is working on and somehow allow it in the firewall.

And to be clear:

  • Your WiFi is the [enabled] default OpenWrt SSID connected to LAN?
  • You MacBook is plugged in or connected to the same LAN (not WAN) port or SSID?

Are using IP...hostname (maybe there was a change, I'm not familiar with that app - apologies, so I digress).

you can always tcpdump the traffic, see what's happening, and (hopefully) why it fails.
