I've found a QSDK via this Codeaurora source: https://source.codeaurora.org/quic/qsdk.
So by this link I can see some files.
First question: Is it repo or what?
Second: How could I download it, because I can't do it by advice from here: https://wiki.codeaurora.org/xwiki/bin/QSDK/
Your post does not appear to be related to an officially released OpenWrt version, package or supported operation.
It is unlikely that you will receive useful input here.
Please seek advise from the relevant maintainer, did you ask QCA about it?
