Hmm it doenst get Internet from The First Router,,, there should it have normally 192.168.178.25, but he should get it automatic via DHCP as a Client

The lan looks correct. Your WiFi clients should get an address in that subnet.

But i think it will try to enter the Main Router (7590) with that IP Adress 192.168.20.1 instead of 192.168.178.25 given via DHCP

The openwrt router should have a wan with nat masquerading enabled. That will create a separate network behind the openwrt device. Openwrt will then route those clients via the wan.

i was looking again .. in Main Router 7590 i cant find the OpenWRT online, and when i join it via wifi i have no connection

Plug a computer into the 7590's ethernet port... does it get an IP via DHCP? (use the same cable and physical port as you're using for your 7320)
