How to connect with Openvpn CloudConnexa?

I want to connect to cloudconnexa but I receive an error message on the dashboard of cloudconnexa saying "The Client does not support web authentication."

yes I use Openvpn package on OpenWRT and load file *.ovpn.

Yes i can connect with openvpn windows client and IOS.

What errors come out of OpenWRT, not from some web panel?
