How to configure PC with static IP address?

Hi,

I'm noob at configuring router and I want to change TP Link default firmware to openwrt one. The model is TL-MR3420 v5.

I have decent knowledge about Linux server & desktop versions. Everyday I'm using Windows 10.

I'm stuck at first step:
Configure PC with static IP 192.168.0.225/24 and tftp server.

How do I do that?

My modem is using 192.168.1.1

Thanks. I made a mistake by mistyping 192.168.0.255 instead of 192.168.0.225.

Previously I searched in Google on some similar guides but apparently I wasn't thorough enough.
