How to change IP Range and Subnet

Hi I have installed openwrt onto my TP-Link router and I set a certain Ip range that is problematic with 3D printers, could you help guide me how I change the Ip range to start with 10.4.9.1 and subnet of 255.0.0.0

I have access to router through admin and ssh thankyou in advance

edit /etc/config/network, and change the IP, reboot afterwards.
