How to block newly created domains locally (!), without any external dns resolvers on OpenWRT router? As they frequently use for phishing I want to block domains that are “younger” than 90 days.
if you don't find a block list that adds them quickly enough, create your own, then use the adblock package.

That's not likely to be that useful. I now see email and web spammers picking up old abandoned domains and abusing the old/existing reputation to get better SEO results and get past spam filters. Patient / persistent spammers also collect domains years in advance to do this with.
