I found this commit for the foundation of the access control list feature but Googling around for luci-app-acl didn't get me very far.
So how do we utilize the ACL?

it a wip...
use shadow/passwd (add a local user account) and add an entry in /etc/config/rpcd then restart it...
as stated some apps/pages may not react predictably...
