How can I verify my channel is busy or noisy such that an urgent channel switch announcement should occur in Wi-Fi networks?

Wifi scan in openwrt, or an app for Android like Wifi Analyzer.

Thank you for the reply. I understand that, But I would like to know, how can I check whether my current wifi channel is noisy or congested or bandwidth used in terms of some values?

I believe DAWN (luci-app-dawn) helps provide this information and handle announcements to clients automatically, I could be wrong though:
