How can I switch LUCI theme from CLI (ssh)?

Never ever upgrade packages.

I have another MR16 with the same FW - any chance I can somehow take an image of that and put it on this one? I'm not sure I want to head down this way, it seems too complicated, I'd be more than happy to get this back to where it was and not upgrade it..

Ah, well I removed them from the GUI, as that's the only thing I can really do now using the GUI. There is no commit there and they don't show up anymore...but yes I saw they were still listed there...

Are you on Windows? and have you heard of WinSCP

Hi Bill, yup, this is what I've used to get the backup off the AP. However, your other suggestion worked, I tried to remove the core and compatible parts of Luci, got some errors, reinstalled Luci and now the menus are back! Took a chance to see if that would work, as I didn't want to make things more complicated with the FW upgrades!

Just wanted to thank everyone that has helped here, I managed to get the menus back, so for now I will stay as is, and do some reading to see if it's worth trying to upgrade or not, I don't want to brick these, they work great for me!

That's Great news. Now seriously consider @psherman suggestion at el to upgrade at least one of the two you have..

I was able to trick this LuCi package to give me a downloaded fully package ready image of my current system using the Configuration Tab. There is no upgrade path to the current system I have. If you can dup the same image you have and request an image on the bottom you'll have what amounts to a full sys image.

Added this package, but when I clicked on Search for sysupgrade got this:

If I just go to the website I see that the version I'm running is not supported, I guess this is why I'm getting the error.
