How can I set higher or lower bandwidth priority for different devices?

Hello

I want to set up QoS to give different priorities to devices on my network. For example, when both my Mac and iPhone are downloading at the same time, I'd like the Mac to get like 90% of the bandwidth and the iPhone the rest. I've got luci-app-sqm installed, but I'm not sure how to configure it for per-device priority (based on IP or MAC). Does SQM support this directly, or do I need to use tc commands or something else

That seems to be about limiting the speed for devices, not prioritizing bandwidth dynamically

This is exactly what I want, but it's not working
