How can I revert back or factory reset TOZED ZLT S12 PRO

I installed OpenWrt firmware on my TOZED ZLT S12 PRO router and it was working without any problem. By mistake, I disabled the LAN port and Wi-Fi and saved the settings. Now I cannot access the router. I want to factory reset the router, but I tried several methods, and none of them worked. Is there any solution for this?

If you're lucky, this already does the job:

Entering failsafe mode - Not working

Then you'll need serial port access.

That looks like some backyard build - is it OpenWrt from here?

Run tcpdump and check if failsafe packet is sent from LAN port - maybe all you need is static ip in LAN net.
