Hostapd-common enlisted for 22.03 but not present in the repo

Hello everyone,

I'm downloading the dependencies for the kmod-rtl8xxxu driver module to install them offline, and one of them is hostapd-common (https://openwrt.org/packages/pkgdata/kmod-mac80211), but I cannot find it here in the repository: https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/22.03.5/targets/x86/64/packages/.

Was it renamed?

You are looking at the wrong place, that one only contains target specific (~kernel) packages, you need to check the shared x86_64 packages https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/22.03.5/packages/x86_64/base/.
