Hostapd_cli send beacon request

Hi,
What is the correct command to send beacon request from hostapd_cli ?

I tried:
hostapd_cli -i xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx req_mode=00 <32-bit mac bssid>
But always receive FAIL respond
