High ping latency to router ip (ASUS RT-ACRH17)

I connected my computer to ACRH17 by cable, ping from computer to router, I get >2ms latency. This is strange, because it's <1ms when router is in opboot mode.

openwrt version: custom build from x-wrt to support acrh17, with 4.19.106 kernel.
-ct frimware, and -ct driver

Is there any way I could do to troubleshooting this?

What the hell is "custom build from x-wrt"?

x-wrt used to be an ancient GUI for OpenWrt, but apparently there is now a new OpenWrt fork calling itself x-wrt.

You might discuss your problems on their website, as the problems might well be related to their modifications that we know nothing about.

openwrt snapshot, adding a custom X feeds

Is an additional millisecond of latency to the router an actual issue? Is it causing problems with connecting to the internet? Or latency to internet hosts?

Not really sure what you're expecting to troubleshoot if I'm honest...

it's just abnormal to get high latency in a wired connection. So I come here ask for help. what i'm solving is not reducing latency from 10ms to 8ms for wireless, it's reducing latency from 3ms to sub 1ms for wired connection.

when you finally figure out what i'm asking for help, you will know how important it is.
