I have Huawei's HG630 V2 and 2 other unsupported TP-Link routers, which is unlucky that they're all unsupported. Does the HG630 V2 have any chance of receiving OpenWrt support in the future?
Earlier HG630 versions were Broadcom based so - no - no chance of good support.
Some people have managed to get OpenWRT to sort-of run on BCM-based hardware, but never well.
(OK, there's one exception: OpenWRT runs pretty well on Raspberry Pis - but that is the ONLY Broadcom-based platform it runs well on.)
