HG553 LAN network hang/slow/strange behaviour. Wifi not working also

Hi, have a problem with HG553.
The router is clean after installation of openwrt. I'm trying to ping or DNS resolve any LAN or WAN (switch 4 port) address - no problem. Always work. But when I'm trying to do any TCP connection - the problem occurs - connection is not stable. I can't connect to any https website. http is partically working - I can see only a part of page / image. SSH is working for small i/o but if I'm executing dmesg for example - I can see only a first few lines of output - then connection hangs and then drops. Also I can't make wifi available - it is enabled and running - I can see hostapd running but nothing happens - I can't see beacons. The hostapd stdout is just empty. After some count of power cycling - all these problems dissappears - but after some time (2-12 hours) - happens again.
It doesn't matter which version of openwrt is using - the same thing on 12.09/15/18
