Problem Description
Hello,
I own an old Netis DL4311 modem/router whose firmware has unfortunately become corrupted. Since this device is more than 10 years old, the manufacturer and most websites no longer provide the complete firmware image for download.
The files I have found on other sites are only incremental update packages, which have not been able to resolve the issue.
Attempts Made
• Tried applying available update packages (~2 MB in size).
• These update files did not contain all the required components for a full recovery.
• Based on community discussions, the original full firmware image should be around 6–8 MB, while the update packages are only ~2 MB.
Request for Help
If any community members have access to the full firmware image for the Netis DL4311, I would be very grateful if you could:
• Provide guidance on how to obtain it, or
• Upload the complete firmware here for recovery purposes.
Please note: I am located in a country where online purchasing is not possible, so direct download/upload would be the most helpful option.
Appreciation
Many thanks to all the experts for your support, and special thanks to the OpenWrt community for providing the opportunity to post this topic.
This device is not supported by OpenWrt, so you will not find firmware for the device on this site. Beyond that, the manufacturer's firmware is not stored or supported here, and this is not a place for general (non-OpenWrt) firmware requests and support.
Please reach out to the manufacturer and/or post on sites that provide support for your device.
