Help please with flashing "openwrt one"

I urgently need help please. I am going crazy here.

After a misconfiguration, my "openwrt one" router no longer booted. I tried to follow the upgrade and/or recovery options on the official website for the openwrt one router.

I just cannot get it to work......

I tried to flash with the preloader and factor files, while the router in the NOR state.
Didn't work.

I tried the uprade option in NAND state with the sysupgrade file.
Didn't work.

I keeps coming up, the white LED starts flashing, and then goes straight to the amber LED. And occassionally all 3 LEDs light up, and the whole thing starts again from the beginning

How can I get my router up and running again ???

Are you able to access the initramfs image in NAND https://openwrt.org/toh/openwrt/one#upgrading_from_booting_the_initramfs_nand_recovery_mode

You mean where it says this:

Upgrading from Booting the initramfs NAND Recovery Mode

This is similar to the Upgrading the firmware from USB but differs such that the front button is held instead (and no USB stick is needed to be prepared).

  1. remove power

  2. make sure NAND boot is selected

  3. press and hold the button on the Front panel.

  4. power up the device. Release the Front panel button as soon as all Front Panel LEDS turn off.

  5. wait for the middle LED to go green.

The device will boot a recovery initramfs image. You can use any of the Upgrading using other options detailed above.

I have tried this one many times.
But the LED never turns green

You can always hook up serial, to see what's going on.

Serial ?
Sorry, newbie

For some reason it's not in the wiki.

https://bruceediger.com/posts/openwrt-one/ scroll down a bit, but it's the USB-C port, hook it up to your client.

thanks very much everyone. I am now back in the game.

It’s there:

Schematics, datasheets and the OpenWrt One Howto can be found at https://one.openwrt.org/hardware/

thank you, that is quite useful. Will keep that for future reference

Sure, but it should be on the wiki page, at least as a link.

Added a link to wiki.
