Help on specific test

Hello,

For test purpose, I would like to simulate that 1 host is able to generate outgoing real traffic (received by remote server) but it is not able to receive back the data generated by the server.
How can I configure openwrt to simulate this?

Reorder firewall rules and add a restrictive traffic rule to block server replies.
