Help needed in flashing FritzBox 6820 V1

Hello Guys,
I was trying to install OpenWrt image in my FritzBox 6820 V1, I was not able to find an appropriate version for the same so I tried with one of the open-source options available (https://github.com/Freetz/freetz/) and followed the steps below

ftp> quote USER adam2
ftp> quote PASS adam2
ftp> binary
ftp> debug
ftp> passive
quote PASV
ftp> quote SETENV linux_fs_start 0
ftp> quote MEDIA FLSH
ftp> put kernel.bin mtd1
ftp> put filesystem.bin mtd0

I also tried to put the files in mtd4 but once i reboot my router, i still see the old interface, can someone help me with the flashing process, and what I am doing wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, OpenWrt can not help with Freetz installation. You need to ask the Freetz guys.

Thanks for reply Thomas, I also wanted to know which version of OpenWrt will suit this kind of router so i can install OpenWrt. I tried browsing for OpenWrt page, I didn't find appropriate package for this router. I am new to this, so apologies for basic questions.
Really looking forward for the community support.

There is no OpenWrt support for this device.

OK, Thanks
