Hello everyone I don't know why my router sometimes experiences sudden slowdowns as and when I use it,
the only solution is to reflash it and the gameplay with SQM becomes fluid again is there a solution to refresh the cache, I heard that in dnsmasq we could do it but nothing changes the router becomes slow again
https://forum.openwrt.org/t/how-do-i-completely-clear-any-luci-caches-and-restart-it/74241/7

@dlakelan @moeller0 @segal_72 @EXREYFOX
I don't think this has anything to do with caching. Sounds more likely maybe cpu frequency scaling or a driver that is buggy. When you do a reboot by unplugging power does it not go back to normal? You have to reflash?

good evening dlakelan thank you for your quick response
actually I use several builds that @blaze create or @maaax because unfortunately there is no support for the mikrotik Hap Ac2 yet
maybe I should go back to another build, I don't know ... I have 3 or 4 versions of different builds coming from the forum do you think that this like you say can have a consequence?
What is the situation here... Turning it off and on, does it work?
yes indeed when I unplug the power it works again the character finds his fluidity in my game
this is my version
Next time it happens log in and run top -d 1
See what cpu usage and idle time looks like

so i have captured the vide of 30 Sec ..

this is my vs all time party very strong
Pretty hard to read on that super low res video. but it showed 98% idle I think, so nothing going on CPU usage wise.

my opponents often have a much higher level is this because of my level of play (sbmm) or something else
exaclty 98 idle for information my gameplay is fluide at the moment ... very most fluide

Is your gaming machine connected by Ethernet, or is it wireless?
Does the RAM used bar start at 70 MB right after reboot or does it creep up over time?
With only 128 MB of RAM in the box, you should be running kmod-ath10k-ct-smallbuffers since regular ath10k-ct eats up a lot of RAM. But that's more likely to be an outright crash.

Don't reboot yet, just keep watching the "Used" number to see if it goes higher and higher, and where it is when the game starts to get slow.
