Help me fix my cpe220 openwrt

So, i have a tp-link cpe220 v3 and i install openwrt but snapshot version from the internet.
And i just open something like ip static configuration, but i forgot and i did'nt fill the box, just blank, and after i save the configuration, i can't access my openwrt because there is no ip, before this happened i set the ip to
Is there any ways i can use to access my openwrt back?

i was try but there is no sys led, and when i press the reset button at startup and i use telnet but nothing works

Telnet is for very old releases of openwrt.

ssh root@
Or use, as example, putty program and ssh protocol for windows.

ssh: connect to host port 22: No route to host

and I try to ping but "destination host unreachable"

I think that your computer is directly connected to router and have address in the same network, isnt it? If you cannt activate failsafe mode you can reinstall openwrt from vendor recovery mode:

Flash factory image through stock firmware WEB UI
     or through TFTP
To get to TFTP recovery just hold reset button while powering on for
     around 4-5 seconds and release.
     Rename factory image to recovery.bin
     Stock TFTP server IP:
     Stock device TFTP adress:

The same thing happens to me, I can't factory reset
