Help me choose USB-to-TTL, im new to these stuff

Guys, regarding this post of mine:

On the ZBT Z8114AX PCB, the UART pins are labeled like this:

3.3V (VCC)
RX
TX
GND

I don't remember the exact TX voltage, but I remember measuring something around 3.38V.

The last time I used my USB-to-TTL serial adapter, I got garbage output. I'm not sure if the voltage difference could cause garbage output in the terminal, but when I measured the voltage between GND and VCC on the TTL adapter, it showed 5.11V.

So, could someone please let me know which USB-to-TTL serial adapter I should buy for this router?

I already told you my recommendations in the previous thread.

If this wasn't sufficient, tell us your location and which big market place (Ama**n, ALI****ss, whatever else) you want to use.
Then you might get better suggestions (just an example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MEIRIYFA-USB-TTL-Serial-Cable/dp/B0DP2KV6PP).

sorry man im just making sure
