I happened to have a d-link ebr-2310 lying around a drawer from a yard sale, it works fine but i want openwrt or lede on it, can you send me a prebuilt image?
if it's not explicitly listed as supported there, then it simply isn't.
doesn't make it easier or more likely either.
Taking it to the next yard sale or sending it off to spa treatments in a romantic recycling centre might be more appropriate.
